Our Story
Core Efficiency Group helps businesses optimise three essentials: time, technology and team. Here's how it came about.
For more than a decade, I ran and managed my own business in the construction industry.
Over the years, the business grew significantly, bringing with it the challenges of managing people, systems and day-to-day operations. Like most business owners, I was constantly looking for ways to save time, improve processes and help the team work more efficiently.
I never got everything 100% efficient. I don't think any business ever does. But I became slightly obsessed with trying.
After more than a decade in construction, I was ready for a new challenge. With a background in teaching and education, I moved into staff training and consulting.
One business asked me to teach their team how to use AI, and that sent me down a path of learning how AI, automation and technology could be used in practical ways inside real businesses.
It brought together two things I've always genuinely enjoyed: helping people learn and making businesses run better.
That's how Core Efficiency Group came to life.
